    Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park

A provincial park (182 km2) was established on the Saskatchewan side in 1931. In 1989, an agreement was signed to manage and market Cypress Hills as Canada's first and only interprovincial park. In 2000, Fort Walsh was added to the interprovincial park.
