Colin Fox was a distinguished character actor who studied English at the University of Western Ontario and attended the National Theatre School in Montreal. He began acting in plays at the Grand Theatre in London, Ontario. In 1966, he performed at Stratford (winning a Tyrone Guthrie Award) and did a stint at the Manitoba Theatre Centre.
