David Wolfman

David Wolfman is a Canadian chef, educator, author and media producer specializing in Indigenous cuisine. A member of the Xaxli’p First Nation, he is a professor at George Brown Polytechnic, where he teaches food theory, leadership and hospitality studies. Wolfman is the founder of Indigenous Cuisine International Inc. and the producer and host of Cooking with the Wolfman, which aired nationally for 18 years. He is an Indspire Award laureate and the author of Cooking with the Wolfman: Indigenous Fusion. His work focuses on Indigenous foodways, sustainability and the application of traditional knowledge in contemporary culinary practice.
